The product says that the size is 8 according to measurements in the description, but when I tried it on it never fit. I contacted them 5 times; they first asked me to request a refund in a certain way and that it would work out fine, but nothing happened. Then, when they rejected me, I contacted them again many times; they generated requests asking me for things I had no idea about, like a local shipping paper telling me that they made a mistake delivering the product, when I simply wanted to change the size. Furthermore, the battery lasted less than a day when deactivating the screen and continuous measurements. Anyway, a terrible company.

The step count and heart rate values are not much different from those measured by other smartwatches, and it feels quite usable.
Unlike a smartwatch, the operation is primarily done through the smartphone app, so it's understandable that it takes some effort.
The accuracy of sleep measurement seems to be quite good. At least the states of going to bed, waking up, and waking up in between are accurately recorded.
The display sometimes lights up unintentionally when touching the ring during sleep, so I think it would be better without it.
